This might belong in the California forum because the speaker in the above video makes a few good points about the issues the state (and we all) are facing. Land-use, organic farming, local economy etc.

 When ever the listener of the reader encounter  presentations they are unable to comprehend the onus is on the listener and reader to  seek the clarity they judge as necessary to have.
 Other wise some ideas that may be valuable become discounted by the language police.
 I know this, How?
